Duplication Sales Manager – Job Opening

Responsibility and accountability
- Achieving sales targets for cassette duplication
- Develop world-wide network of brokers selling RTM’s cassettes duplication service
- Maintain current broker, label and artists relationships using our service
- Lead the duplication product marketing management (offering, pricing, distribution, and promotion)
- Grow our ongoing blank cassette business – D2C & B2B
Skills
- Strong commercial logic and creativity
- Leader, self-motivated and self-time management
- Good interpersonal skills
- Consistent, highly organize and detail oriented
- Team player
- English – good working level is a must. Other European languages – strong benefit
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years direct or indirect sales experience
- Experience dealing in the music industry – preferably on publishing or analogue distribution areas
- Proven record of meeting sales targets

Location:
This job will require traveling. Base location should be with good travel connections (London, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin etc…)
Compensation:
- Base salary plus achievement related bonuses
