Required: 5+ years of marketing experience with a major label, track record for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies and marketing concepts within the music industry
Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with, or willingness to quickly learn, digital music tools such as: Spotify For Artists, Apple Music for Artists, YouTube Studio, TikTok, Instagram etc.
Required: Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other creative packages, and a good understanding of social channels and communicating with audiences through different mediums.
You will have a proven track record in fostering collaboration, delegating responsibilities effectively, and providing mentorship. The right candidate will be adept at cultivating a supportive and high-performing work environment.
The ideal candidate must have a successful track record working in the corporate communications field relevant to policy and public affairs, whether at in-house, in-agency or political roles.
Required: 3+ years experience within commission based sales, highly organized and detail oriented with experience in Excel and Word, and a strong understanding of the music industry
Required: 5+ year’s experience at a music company - record label, management company or music publisher with a proven track record in prospecting artists, and a strong understanding of the market NCS works within, label competitors the genres being release
Required: 5+ years of Business Development experience, preferably in the music or B2B SaaS space, and ideally some knowledge of music business and rights licensing
