Seeking a tech-savvy, analytical & experience working with Excel crunching numbers or working with large data sets who's motivated to work in the music industry
Seeking an individual with a minimum 2 yrs experience working with an established artist and/or project managing a global campaign, and excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience working in data protection, privacy and compliance, whether in-house or private practice. Experience within the media sector is advantageous
Seeking an individual with advanced understanding of royalty statements and core royalty functions, ideally in a music environment, and previous experience in a royalty accounting and distribution environment
Should be educated to degree level or with equivalent relevant experience, and have proven experience in channel management, sales, or similar roles, ideally within arts education or an equivalent field.
Required: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or other content creation tools, and strong writing and editing skills for blogs, social media posts, or scripts
Required: proven track record in market research / insight (preferably within a research agency environment but not compulsory), and strong experience running quantitative research
Required: 5+ years of copyright and royalties experience at a music publisher, and deep understanding of copyright rules, practices, and challenges at societies and DSPs.
The successful candidate will have extensive royalty knowledge, gained over a number of years in a similar role, be highly systems literate with previous experience of developing royalties’ systems
