Seeking a motivated and curious A&R Assistant with exceptional organisational and planning skills to provide administrative support and general coordination for two senior leaders within the A&R department - the SVP, Head of A&R UK and the VP, A&R & Global Creative
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years relevant experience in a music distributor, label or management environment, and a proven track record of managing high value relationships in the music industry
You will handle International calendar management across multiple time zones, including promo schedules, travel bookings, arranging visas, accommodation and itineraries.
Required: Previous experience within HR, including exposure to ER and case management, as well as good level of UK employment law knowledge and understanding of key principles.
Seeking a commercially minded individual with a proven track record across label services, independent label, music distribution, artist and/or product management roles, a strong understanding and experience of label and product management, physical and digital distribution
Seeking a music industry expert with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail, and a solution-focused approach to remove perceived barriers to delivery/success
Seeking and individual with proven experience in planning and implementing membership strategies that drive growth and engagement ands-on as well as expertise in CRM systems, data analysis and reporting
Required: At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing/product management role within a UK based established record company, and excellent communication skills
Over 2 years of experience in day-to-day music management is essential. Candidates should be hard working, positive and should have a genuine passion for music.
