Seeking an individual with advanced understanding of royalty statements and core royalty functions, ideally in a music environment, and previous experience in a royalty accounting and distribution environment
Should be educated to degree level or with equivalent relevant experience, and have proven experience in channel management, sales, or similar roles, ideally within arts education or an equivalent field.
Required: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or other content creation tools, and strong writing and editing skills for blogs, social media posts, or scripts
Required: proven track record in market research / insight (preferably within a research agency environment but not compulsory), and strong experience running quantitative research
Must have experience in client-facing, account management role in the music industry as well as an understanding of music publishing, music copyright, performing rights organizations (PROs), digital service providers (DSPs), and royalty flow.
Required: 5+ years of copyright and royalties experience at a music publisher, and deep understanding of copyright rules, practices, and challenges at societies and DSPs.
The successful candidate will have extensive royalty knowledge, gained over a number of years in a similar role, be highly systems literate with previous experience of developing royalties’ systems
Seeking an individual with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of all relevant digital ad platforms, who is able to create innovative and effective campaigns that reach our target audiences
Required: mid to senior level experience, working creatively in the synchronisation business with well-developed relationships with in depth knowledge of music licensing and industry terminology
