Required: 5+ years of experience working in a release management role for a record label or music distributor, with a good working understanding of both the physical and digital supply chain and services
Required: 4-6 years of experience within a royalty analysis/reporting-based role, excellent mathematical and analytical skills, and the ability to present detailed numeric information in a clear and concise manner
Required: An artist-first approach to marketing, in line with AWAL’s core values along with strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals.
Required: +5 years PQE with relevant in-house experience from a Major record label. Candidates with experiences at one of the large independent record labels and/or a top music/entertainment private practice law firm are welcome to apply also
Core Duty: Manage day to day relationship and represent AWAL releases to selected Digital Service Providers (including but not limited to YouTube, YouTube Music, Vevo, MCNs (Multi Channel Networks), Soundcloud, Resso, Tik Tok)
Candidates should already have some music marketing experience at a record label, music distributor, artist or label services company, artist management company
