Required: 3-4+ years of professional experience in social media/digital marketing and prior experience working across social channel and web touch points

The ideal candidate possesses relevant experience in a client-facing, account management role in the music industry as well as a thorough understanding of music publishing, music copyright, performing rights organizations (PROs), digital service providers (DSPs), and royalty flow in the music industry.
At least 5 years experience in the music industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position in a label and/or artist & label services company is required for this role
The ideal candidate should have experience balancing multiple artists and projects simultaneously, handling high volumes of work. 4+ years in social & digital media in the music space required.
Required: 7+ years of working in design, creative or art direction roles, with a breadth of experience across formats and platforms; proven track record in creating and commissioning visually compelling creative, with a strong, demonstrable proficiency in video content
