Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available at Miloco Management for a Producer & Engineer Manager to join a growing team and roster. With an already established successful roster, the right candidate will help us further develop this area of our business; growing the repertoire of the current roster, expanding our client base, and procuring new opportunities for the engineers and mixers within the Miloco family.

With a key emphasis on A&R; you will work closely with the roster to establish their goals and get them in the room with the artists and projects they are passionate about.
The ideal candidate would have prior experience in artist or producer management, or A&R.


Key Responsibilities
  • A&R Focus: Work closely with the roster to align with their goals and pair them with artists and projects they are passionate about.
  • Pitching & Networking: Actively pitch clients to labels and artist managers to secure new opportunities for producers, engineers, and mixers within Miloco’s roster.
  • Career Strategy & Support: Provide ongoing advice and support, helping clients develop their careers by understanding their goals and creating strategies to achieve them.
  • Talent Development: Identify promising new artists to pitch to the existing roster.
  • Diary Management: Organise and manage client schedules.
  • Collaboration with Bookings Team: Work closely with the bookings team to find and secure new opportunities.
  • Admin Duties: Handle general administration, such as invoicing, payments, budgeting, contracting, split and credit negotiations, and more.
  • Client Materials: Maintain up-to-date CVs, showreels, and website content for clients.
  • Social Media: Manage the social media presence of Miloco Management.

Ideal Candidate
  • Prior experience in artist or producer management, or in A&R.
  • Strong networking skills, with contacts within the music industry, especially at labels and with artist managers.
  • Experience in strategic career development and a proactive approach to helping clients achieve their goals.
  • This is a dynamic role for someone who is passionate about the music industry and has experience in managing talent, A&R, and business development.
