Required: 5+ years of marketing experience with a major label, track record for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies and marketing concepts within the music industry
Required: excellent analytical, organizational and research abilities, with an extremely high attention to detail, and experience reading and comprehending purchase, publishing, and administration agreements
Required: industry experience in music publishing, licensing, copyright and royalty processes as well as up to date on current industry affairs in order to recognize any potential impact on Kobalt and how to effectively deliver solutions if needed.
Required: previous relevant music administration and/or music publishing experience as well as a strong interest in emerging industry trends, services, and technologies.
Required: 7-10 years of business development and/or strategic advisory experience in sales or marketing within a service-driven environment managing strategy, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
Required: Bachelor’s degree, with 3+ years of relevant work experience in the music industry, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot, Lookups, Macros)
