Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification preferred, along with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally in the music or entertainment industry
Required: 7+ years of experience at a label or distribution services company with a proven track record of strategizing and running successful international campaigns, managing artist P&L’s and marketing budgets
Required: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, and creative dealmaking within the music/entertainment industry, with a proven track record of securing brand financial commitments
Required: bachelor’s degree preferably in business, economics or another related field, and 7+ years of relevant work experience in finance, consulting, strategy, M&A, or a similar field
Required: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment, and basic knowledge of accounting principles, ideally with experience in royalty accounting.
As a key operational lead, you will work closely with teams in the Europe, and Asia to ensure the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, audience development initiatives, and strategic partnerships
Required: 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or creator marketing at a record label, distributor, artist management company, DSP, or marketing agency
Should have experience in live event production either at a venue, festival, management company or agency, and database management experience - including Google Sheets, Excel, and Airtable
