We’re seeking a Sync Manager to lead and expand Soundstripe’s presence in traditional sync markets. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on growth, creative partnership, and operational excellence.
Required: At Least 6-7 yrs of experience in digital / social / viral marketing in music or related field, and experience leading an artist rosters and multiple projects simultaneously
Must have strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and marketing technologies, and proven experience in digital advertising, marketing operations, or a related field
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in investment banking/private equity and/or music industry corporate development/finance or business affairs
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of prior work experience at a record label, music publishing company, or licensing agency, with synchronization or related licensing experience
Seeking a music industry expert with +10 years of experience in A&R, business development, and/or directly contributing to the growth of labels, artist management firms, distributors or other relevant segments of the music ecosystem.
