Required: proven track record in market research / insight (preferably within a research agency environment but not compulsory), and strong experience running quantitative research
Required: Professional experience of working with spatial audio, specifically Dolby Atmos, good understanding of Digital Signal Processing and synthesis, and strong track record managing teams and driving technical processes

The person in this role needs to be passionate about the world of both music for film and TV and digital marketing, and has experience running creative campaigns that drive results.
Required: 5+ years of experience in Social, Digital Marketing with an emphasis on audience development, bachelors degree, and experience planning artist organic social campaigns and executing paid spend across major platforms
The ideal candidate possesses financial forecasting, analysis, and accounting experience with demonstrated proficiency in detailed financial analysis and reporting, financial systems, management of staff, and communication skills
