Merchandise Manager – E-commerce / Touring, 100%

2+ years experience required within e-commerce or tour merchandising.

Depending on experience, the successful candidate will primarily focus on either e-commerce merchandise management or touring merchandise, with some crossover between the two.

100% manages e-commerce stores and merchandise for artists and labels.

This is an exciting, challenging, and fast-paced role at an independently owned company based in London working directly with artists, managers and labels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Shopify store setup, design and management
• Designing and overseeing product ranges
• Setting up new album pre-order campaigns, working directly with managers and labels
• Day-to-day administration and maintenance of artist e-commerce stores
• Touring logistics
• Merchandise production and supplier management
• Candidates must be passionate about music, strong problem solving skills, quick to learn new systems and excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Important: Candidates must have strong working knowledge of using Excel, Google Sheets and either Photoshop or Canva for image editing.

• Full Time: Monday to Friday
• Location: Office-based, five days a week in Kensal Rise, London
