About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, deeply passionate, creative-minded person to join us in a full-time role spanning studio operations, marketing coordination, and A&R support. This is a foundational role for someone who wants hands-on exposure to every side of the business — from the recording session to the release rollout to scouting the next signing — within a company built for cross-border, US/Japan collaboration. You will work closely with our A&R, marketing, and management teams, and directly with artists and producers moving through our studio hub.

This role is ideal for someone early on in their career who wants breadth before specializing, thrives in fast-paced environments, and stays closely attuned to music and culture.

What You Will Do
<Studio Management>

• Manage day-to-day operations of our West Hollywood studio hub, keeping it running smoothly for daily songwriting and production sessions
• Schedule and manage studio sessions across artists, producers, and engineers — including visiting international collaborators
• Coordinate session logistics: booking rooms, gear, catering, and events as needed
• Maintain relationships with external artists, producers, songwriters, and engineers
• Track budgets and manage general company expenses
• Keep the studio house properly organized and stocked with supplies

<Marketing Coordination>

• Support planning and execution of release campaigns for label artists and international clients
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams to hit release deadlines across DSPs, socials, and press
• Help create marketing content and track campaign performance

<A&R Coordination>

• Assist with scouting emerging talent and support coordination with Japan-based partners and collaborators
• Prepare pitch materials for potential signings and help coordinate demo reviews and creative sessions
• Support deal-related admin and maintain organized records on prospects, artists, and release pipelines

<What We Are Looking For>

• 1–3 years of experience in a record label, management company, studio, or related music industry role (entry-level is fine with internship experience)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Passion and current knowledge of cutting-edge music, artists, and culture across genres
• A strong work ethic, sharp intelligence, and genuine kindness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working directly with artists, producers, and international partners
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset — someone who identifies issues before they become problems
• Proficiency with standard office/project tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, project management software); familiarity with DAWs or session terminology a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends around sessions, camps, or releases
• Fit for dynamic and fast-paced startup environment

<Nice to Have>

• Existing relationships with producers, engineers, or emerging artists
• Experience with social media content creation or basic design/video editing
• Familiarity with DSP platforms (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists) and pitch processes
• A background in music production, performance, songwriting, or engineering
• Interest in or exposure to international artist development and cross-border releases, with emphasis on Japan
