Working closely with our global team, streaming platforms, and third-party partners, you will bring a forward-thinking, detail-orientated approach to every campaign.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, proactive individual to join a dynamic independent music company.

  • Work collaboratively with internal, cross-functional teams to ensure unified campaign goals and clear communication.
  • Solicit and incorporate feedback from artist management while safeguarding the label’s strategy and commercial objectives.

Creative & Digital Content Execution

  • Commission and oversee the creation of key campaign assets, including artwork, music videos, social media content, press photos, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with internal digital and D2C teams to drive streaming strategy, fan engagement, store initiatives, and social media activations.

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate metadata, label copy, asset registers, and release schedule calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute regular campaign updates, sales reports, streaming metrics, and post-release analysis to internal staff, distribution partners, and artist management.

  • Demonstrated experience handling release budgets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Skills (“Nice to Haves”)

  • Hands-on creative skills (e.g., the ability to build visual or digital assets from a core asset palette).
