THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Junior PR & Radio Coordinator to join our team. This is a cross-functional position sitting within the Project Management team, working daily across both the Press and Radio departments. The successful candidate will provide essential coordination and administrative support to campaigns, helping to ensure smooth delivery across all areas of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their music industry career who is eager to develop skills across both media relations and radio promotion in a fast-paced, internationally focused environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management & Admin
- Attend internal and client meetings
- Maintain campaign timelines, trackers and shared documentation to support cross-departmental workflows
- Assist in the onboarding of new client campaigns, including asset collection and briefing documents
- Maintain media contacts databases, ensuring contacts are accurate and segmented correctly
Press & Communications Support
- Assist in the drafting, editing and distribution of press releases, bios, one-sheets and tailored media pitches
- Support the Press team with targeted mail-outs and timely follow-ups to journalists, editors and media contacts
- Monitor media coverage across print, online and broadcast; compile and deliver coverage reports to clients
- Coordinate the mailing and fulfillment of physical promotional packages to press contacts and media outlets
Radio Coordination Support
- Support the Radio team with the coordination and tracking of radio promotion campaigns across UK and international markets
- Monitor and log playlist adds, spins and airplay data; compile weekly and campaign-end airplay reports
- Liaise with radio station and third-party services to ensure timely delivery of assets and information
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in music PR, radio promotion, marketing or a related field
- Ability to write professional press materials including press releases, pitches and campaign copy
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously across different campaign types
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident communicating with clients, media and third-party partners
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Genuine passion for music across all genres and an active knowledge of the UK and international music media landscape
- Proficiency in standard office tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office); Social Media environment, familiarity with project management, CRM or AI tools.
Highly Desirable
- Fluency or working proficiency in German or French is strongly preferred; additional languages are a plus
- Social Media and basic Digital Marketing Skills
