Description

About Us

We are a fast-growing music marketing agency running the world’s largest owned and operated network, G* Network. We specialise in high-volume viral content campaigns for some of the biggest artists in the industry. Our work sits at the intersection of music, culture, and the internet – delivering fast, effective and impactful digital marketing solutions, helping music reach audiences where it matters most.

As our team continues to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to execute campaigns across our network, help support the continued growth of G* Network, and work closely with clients across a range of releases and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of digital culture, social platforms and music marketing – particularly within fan-led and viral ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across the G* Network, ensuring delivery against client objectives and timelines.
  • Run and grow fan pages across the network, building engaged audiences and maintaining a consistent, platform-native content output.
  • Support the continued growth of the G* Network by sourcing high-impact accounts and identifying new verticals, formats and audience niches to expand into.
  • Translate artist and label briefs into actionable content strategies tailored to platform-specific trends and fan behaviour.
  • Manage high-volume content output across the network, using internal tools and technology to maintain quality and consistency at scale.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing relationships, expectations and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance using platform analytics, internal dashboards and data tooling, optimising in real time to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Identify emerging trends, sounds, formats and cultural moments, and move quickly to capitalise on them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams – including content, creative, operations and technology/product – to ensure smooth campaign delivery and to feed requirements into platform development.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the G* Network, sharing insights and process improvements that strengthen our tooling and workflows.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports, highlighting results, learnings and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media or content marketing, ideally within music, entertainment or a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience running and growing fan pages or social accounts, with a track record of building engaged audiences.
  • Demonstrable ability to source high-impact accounts and identify new verticals, formats and content niches with growth potential.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms – particularly TikTok, Instagram and YouTube – and the mechanics of viral, fan-led content.
  • Strong grasp of digital culture, internet trends and how music spreads online.
  • Demonstrable experience managing campaigns end to end, from brief to reporting.
  • Comfortable working with technology, performance data and analytics tools to inform decisions and optimisation.
  • Confident adopting new software, platforms and internal tooling, with the technical fluency to get the most out of them.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and client-management skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

Standout Candidates Might Also Have

  • Existing knowledge of, or experience working within, owned-and-operated or paid creator networks.
  • A portfolio of fan pages or accounts you have personally grown.
  • Established relationships within the music industry (labels, artists, managers).
  • Experience with social media scheduling, analytics or campaign management tools, and an understanding of marketing technology stacks.
  • Familiarity with automation, APIs or data tools used to manage content at scale.
  • A track record of delivering viral campaigns or working with high-profile artists.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work with some of the biggest artists in the industry.
  • A central role in a fast-growing agency operating the world’s largest owned-and-operated network, powered by proprietary technology.
  • A dynamic, fast-paced environment at the cutting edge of music, culture, technology and the internet.
