Many of MEGA’s strongest brands and marketers started at an early stage and grew alongside the shows themselves. This role offers hands-on ownership, real responsibility, and the chance to materially influence how campaigns scale from first launch to international touring success.

Senior Promoter – Touring & Live Entertainment

This is a senior specialist role for an established promoter with deep experience in touring, theatre, concerts or immersive entertainment. Seniority in this role reflects the scale, complexity and commercial responsibility of the work.

You will take full ownership of a flagship touring brand, operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. This role suits someone who is highly experienced, commercially confident, and trusted to run major tours end-to-end.

About the role:

Full commercial ownership of large-scale touring productions
Leading UK and international tour planning, routing and venue strategy
Sourcing, negotiating and securing venues and tour deals globally
Owning tour budgets, forecasts, cashflow and P&L performance
Negotiating complex commercial agreements with venues, partners and licensors
Acting as the primary point of contact from booking through to final settlement
Identifying and assessing new commercially viable concepts or titles
Working closely with marketing, production and operations to maximise performance
Oversight of contracts, rights, licensing and deal structures
Representing MEGA with senior industry stakeholders and partners

Required experience and capability:

• Significant experience as a senior promoter within live entertainment, theatre, concerts or immersive events
• Proven track record of delivering high-volume or high-value touring productions
• Strong commercial judgement with advanced budgeting and forecasting skills
• Confidence handling complex negotiations independently
• Experience working with international tours and cross-border partners
• Deep understanding of venues, ticketing, box office, production and touring logistics
• High level of numeracy and strong spreadsheet skills
• Comfortable working autonomously with full accountability for outcomes

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: £60,000.00-£90,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate: London NW10 6ST: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Required Experience:
