Along with our US partner Reservoir Media, we own the legendary Chrysalis and Tommy Boy catalogues, and we also represent artists through our management arm Blue Raincoat Artists, and publishing via Blue Raincoat Music Publishing.
We are offering an internship in our Marketing team. The role of the Marketing Assistant Intern is to support the Marketing Team with the planning and execution of artist marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real commercial experience across digital marketing, streaming strategy, content rollout, and fan engagement, as you’ll work closely with the marketing and digital partnership teams to help bring campaigns to market.
The role will be based in London, UK, working within the UK marketing team, you will report into the Marketing Director, providing additional support to them and the team as required,
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Team & Label Support
· Maintain release schedules, sales notes / priority sheets and internal planning documents
· Provide key administrative support for marketing team, including sending out promotional materials, requesting/sending assets.
· Oversee the scheduling of marketing team meetings, making travel arrangements.
· Attend team meetings – circulating agendas, minuting, action points.
· Oversee and compile weekly newsletters/comms and email updates for internal/external teams.
· Compiling marketing assets, / pitching forms for the team.
· Answering and directing phone calls, welcoming guests, as well as responding to label emails and other forms of communication.
Digital & Social
· Schedule and track social media content across platforms as required
· Monitor trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and flag opportunities
· Assist with influencer outreach and UGC tracking
· Compile weekly social and campaign performance reports
Data & Insights
· Compile monthly Sales & Streaming Report for Senior Leadership Team.
· Compile and circulate regular reports for artists, charts, D2C reports etc
· Collect and file assets and data securely, for distributing to DSPs, media & external partners.
· Conduct competitor and market research
· Identify audience growth opportunities
Creative & Content
· Assist with content planning and brainstorm sessions for label and artists
· Help coordinate shoots, content days, and release assets
· Source and organise visual references and mood boards
Partnerships & PR Support
· Support outreach lists (media, creators, partners)
· Track press coverage and campaign milestones
· Help coordinate guest lists and live events
The ideal candidate will have:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and streaming platforms
· Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
· Knowledge of music analytics tools
· Positive, can-do attitude, willing to take on extra tasks and responsibilities as part of your continued development within the role and the business.
You have the ability to
· adapt to change in a positive manner.
· remain calm under pressure, handling large amounts of communication at different levels in a positive manner.
· Comfortable working with spreadsheets and presentation decks
· Basic proficiency in Google Docs, Google Slides, PowerPoint or Keynote, Word & Excel.
· Basic proficiency in design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)

The role is office based, 5 days per week – Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to attend shows and events in the evenings and on weekends from time to time.
Office location: London, EC2A close to Liverpool Street and Old Street stations
