We are a fast-growing independent record label and music marketing agency specialising in high-volume digital content campaigns for some of the biggest artists in the industry. Our work sits at the intersection of music, culture, and the internet – delivering fast, effective and impactful digital marketing solutions, helping music reach audiences where it matters most.

As our team expands, we’re looking for a Viral Marketing Assistant to support the execution and growth of our digital campaigns. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and plugged into internet culture – with a strong interest in how content spreads and performs online.

Key Responsibilities

– Source and identify new accounts and editors for inclusion across our network and promotional campaigns
– Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, formats and high-performing content styles
– Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support the digital marketing team
– Contribute to campaign ideation – bringing forward creative ideas rooted in platform trends and cultural moments
– Support campaign reporting and tracking

What We’re Looking For

– Highly organised with strong attention to detail – comfortable working with data and systems
– Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and online content trends
– Proactive and curious – always looking for new creators, formats and opportunities
– A genuine interest in viral content, internet culture and music marketing
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
– Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Bonus Points

– Familiarity with CreatorCore, CoBrand, or similar campaign tracking tools
– Previous experience in a social media, content or influencer environment
– Familiarity with identifying creators or running outreach
– Understanding of performance metrics such as views, engagement rate, and share rate
