With foundations rooted in meticulously sourced reissues, the label has expanded its reach while maintaining its reputation for highest quality vinyl releases and an extensive digital catalogue.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping across multiple platforms and revenue streams.

We’re offering a part-time hybrid role (24 hours per week) with 1-2 days per week in our North London office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder. London-based candidates are preferred.

This role is 24 hours per week, possibility for full-time hours for candidates with comprehensive Royalties administration experience.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Financial Management

• Manage QuickBooks: match bank transactions, post invoices daily
• Process and post sales statements from multiple platforms
• Raise sales invoices for stock orders
• Reconcile accounts monthly
• Manage cashflow

Compliance & Statutory

• Process payroll, RTI submissions, and pension administration
• Prepare and submit VAT returns
• Liaise with external accountants in the preparation of year-end accounts and corporation tax returns

Job requirements:

• Diploma in accounting or bookkeeping or equivalent experience;
• Experience in a similar role, 2 years minimum;
• Highly developed sense of responsibility;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Excellent numeracy skills;
• Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines;
• Background check required;

Systems: Mac OS, QuickBooks Online, advanced Excel
