Senior Manager – Repertoire and Campaign Management
Global Catalogue Recordings (Pop), London
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic, impactful global campaigns for a select roster of artists and their catalogues. Leveraging a digital-first and insights-driven approach, your primary goal will be to significantly boost engagement, consumption and revenue.
Beyond driving core campaign objectives, you’ll contribute to enhancing team workflows and fostering a collaborative learning environment. This role demands both independent strategic thinking and seamless collaboration across diverse global internal teams, as well as maintaining strong, diplomatic relationships with artists and their management. Crucially, you will harness the power of data analytics to develop and implement strategies that maximise revenue across all relevant income streams for our artists, delivering tangible, measurable success.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Content: Develop and manage catalogue product plans, curating content, managing artwork, securing legal clearances, liaising with DSPs and sales teams and overseeing release administration.
- Campaigns: Plan data-informed marketing campaigns, define KPIs, create compelling content (photography, audio-visual, press releases), utilise DSP partnerships, AI and D2C platforms to maximise reach and manage external publicity/social media teams.
- Business: Manage project P&Ls, ensure legal/financial compliance, stay updated on market trends, support repertoire acquisitions and train junior staff where necessary.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in the music industry (label, artist management), strong stakeholder awareness and understanding of business structure/revenue.
- Passionate about popular music with a data-led approach and deep understanding of the digital landscape (DSPs, social media).
- Dependable, adaptable, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, streaming platforms and file-sharing.
- Desirable: People management experience, knowledge of international markets, basic Photoshop skills
