WAREHOUSE AND D2C MANAGER

An iconic SW-London based record label are recruiting for a Warehouse Manager – full-time, office-based.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pack and ship stock orders to worldwide distributors
• Handle all D2C orders and D2C customer service (website and Bandcamp inclusive)
• Process incoming deliveries of stock
• Order-relevant paperwork
• Carry out regular stock checks with the London office warehouse, Logistics Manager and UK distributor
• Help manage and supply artist tour stock and promotional stock
• Help ensure best practice and protocols for an efficient and safe facility, including inventory control, space management, and logistics
• Any other duties as required to keep the warehouse and physical sales flow running smoothly and effectively

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE DEMONSTRATES

• At least a year’s experience in a similar role – ideally at an independent label, or equivalent demonstrable experience and knowledge in a similar organisation or retailer
• D2C experience
• Superb organisational skills and great at time-management
• Intermediate to advanced Excel
• A passion for and experience in customer service and artist relations
• Ability to safely lift and move items up to 25kg
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods during packing, receiving, and stock management
• Confident working in a busy warehouse environment and following manual-handling and health & safety procedures
• Strong interest in music and the wider industry
• Right to work in the UK
