Senior Manager – International Campaign Management, New Recordings UK

Your Mission
This is a one-year contract opportunity for a highly organised and culturally astute international marketer. You’ll be at the heart of driving global strategy, shaping the international presence of UK frontline projects and fostering strong relationships across diverse markets. It’s a hands-on, strategic role for someone passionate about music, adept at balancing multiple projects and skilled in navigating cross-cultural collaborations to achieve impactful global campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the day to day project manager responsible for executing and delivering international strategic marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Work hand in hand with the UK Frontline team to establish the best timeline for international releases.
- Oversee international budgets and spend throughout each campaign to ensure targets are met. This task includes coordinating with the UK International Marketing and Finance team to ensure that international forecasts and spending are line with campaign goals and providing spend audits and analytical data where needed.
- Introduce releases and present projects to wider international teams on an individual team basis and in group meetings.
- Ensure that management are kept up to date on international development and results.
- Work with the UK creative team to create appropriate marketing assets to meet territory specs (for example TV ads, Print ads etc).
- Work closely with the digital team to help create localised digital campaigns in key markets and ensure that the territories are set up with relevant access, have appropriate assets & approved copy.
- Work closely with BMG’s LBA team to coordinate license agreements, broadcast agreements, TV performance appearance forms etc.
- Use data insights to analyse project performance.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 5 years experience in international marketing at a record label or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of international markets, local media and retail landscape.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and key international stakeholders.
- Experience in coordinating campaigns across various markets and manging budgets.
- Excellent data analytical skills.
- Be extremely organise and able to multi task and juggle several projects at the same time
- Experience and/or interest in working with different cultures and oversea organisations
- Knowledge of a foreign language a plus.
