Description
About Cult Nation
Cult Nation is a record label and artist management company. We help artists protect what makes them singular and build a world around it, from the first demo to the night a crowd sings it back.
Cult Nation is part of Cult Nation Group, a creative group of approximately 50 full-time employees spanning four complementary business units: Cult Nation (record label and artist management), Cult Studio (music production), Denim (video production), and Arketype (video post-production and VFX).
The role
You’ll make and publish the work fans see between releases. Each artist needs a steady stream of clips that feel like them, and every fan who taps “tickets” should land on the right show.
What you’ll do
- Turn raw footage into short clips for artist and fan pages. Give each cut a reason to exist and keep the footage easy to reuse.
- Schedule approved posts, emails and texts. Check the copy, audience, links and timing before they go live.
- Keep artist profiles, release links and tour dates current. Test each one the way a fan would.
- Give the distribution partner the right assets and deadlines. Check what actually went live and fix missed or inaccurate posts.
- Bring Digital Growth a weekly read on what fans watched, shared or clicked, with one idea to test next.
- Help launch fan-community initiatives and, after training, run Meta, Google and TikTok ads within approved budgets.
Who you are
- You’ve turned one batch of footage into a week of distinct posts and can show the edits.
- You’ve managed a publishing calendar, tracked approvals and caught errors before launch.
- You’ve used fan comments or platform data to decide what to make next.
- You’ve written or adapted copy for fans in French and English.
Bonus points
- You’ve edited in DaVinci Resolve or worked in Flowstage.
- You’ve moderated a fan community or helped run paid social campaigns.
Who you report to
Digital Growth Lead. The Marketing Manager sets campaign priorities and timing.
Location
