· Coordinate approved creator outreach, briefs, content seeding, deliverables, approvals, and posting schedules.
· Track creator content and results, including engagement and any available downstream streaming or audience signals.
· Help execute pop-ups, fan events, and other activations, including guest communications and on-site support when needed.
Releases, Touring and Direct to Fan
· Support digital plans before, during, and after release week, keeping campaign assets, links, and deadlines organized.
· Coordinate market-specific tour content, ticket links, announcements, and promotional assets with the appropriate teams.

· Bring observations and ideas to the Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Music Marketing, including what is working and where a campaign may need attention.
Bring Your Insights
· 1–3 years of experience in music marketing, artist management, a record label, entertainment marketing, creator relations, social media, or a related role.
· Strong working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, short-form video, and online creator and fan communities.
· Hands-on experience scheduling social content and creating or editing short-form assets; familiarity with CapCut or similar tools.
· Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing deadlines across several artists and campaigns.
· Clear, proactive written and verbal communication with colleagues and external partners.
· Comfort working with spreadsheets, presentation tools, social analytics, and campaign trackers.
· Interest in how content and digital campaigns contribute to streaming, audience growth, ticket sales, and long-term fan relationships.
· Sound judgment with confidential information, artist relationships, and content approvals.
