ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Steer financial operations behind one of the most dynamic and globally recognized brands in Latin music and entertainment.

Operating within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, this role serves as the senior-most on-site financial leader within the artist’s family office.

Reporting directly to the Fractional CFO, you will own the day-to-day general ledger operations across an ecosystem that includes a Record Label, International

Touring Operations, Name & Likeness (NIL) Licensing, and Private Ventures.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead Multi-Entity Financial Ops: Oversee general ledger management, monthly closings, and consolidated reporting across record label operations, live touring entities, brand licensing, and personal investments.

Drive Cash Flow & Disbursements: Build and manage cash flow summaries, weekly disbursement workflows, and structured AP cycles with rigorous internal controls.

Manage Royalties & Licensing Revenues: Oversee royalty calculations, track rights utilization, and manage revenue reconciliations to ensure timely distribution to licensors and partners.

Global Payroll & Touring Accounting: Administer multi-entity and touring payroll, including international contractor disbursements and multi-currency logistics.

CPA & Executive Collaboration: Partner directly with the Fractional CFO and serve as the primary on-site lead interfacing with premier Miami CPA firms for tax strategy and compliance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
-Core Experience: 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership (Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accountant).
-AgilLink / Datafaction Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AgilLink (or similar multi-entity client accounting software) is strongly preferred.
-Industry & Scope: Background in music, entertainment, live touring, or family office / business management environments.
-Bilingual Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (essential for managing local vendors, international touring crews, and Latin market partners).
-Local Commitment: Based in or relocating to Miami, FL prior to start date, with the ability to work full-time on-site.
