Given the small size of this team, and the global impact of its artists, this job is immersive, dynamic, and diverse, and most suited to someone who is entrepreneurial in spirit and is as comfortable working in isolation as they might be on an tour bus surrounded by band and crew.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working within an artist management, audience development, or record label/music publishing team; possess a high degree of grammatical and numerical literacy; be able to evidence strong project management skills; and possess a calm, kind, and solutions-oriented personality. It is preferable that the candidate is not already managing or assisting others. The candidate MUST be based either in Central London, Brighton, or surrounding areas. Note that this role is partly remote, partly in person.

Primary tasks and Responsibilities

• Schedule writing/recording sessions, maintain discographies, and pitch song demos
• Assist with manufacturing, inventory management, webstore, merchandise
• Work with publishers, labels and neighbouring rights agencies to ensure the accuracy of metadata across PROs and DSPs
• Manage calendars, travel, visas, guestlists, databases, and itineraries where required*
• Assist with Company and Artist social media accounts
• Draft and deliver grant applications
• Work with promoters and live agents to optimise shows during touring periods
• Manage artist catalogues, and asset deliveries to distributors
• Handle sync requests and general contract work
