Description
Reliant Music is looking for a hands-on, proactive Business Development Manager based in the EU or UK.
Key responsibilities include networking and building strategic partnerships with recording artists in the dance and electronic music space, identifying growth opportunities and increasing the release volume of our label division.
This role blends sales, marketing, and industry networking.
Key Responsibilities
> Build and maintain relationships with artists and managers in the dance and electronic music industry
> Pitch partnership and collaborative ideas and secure new release opportunities
> Attend industry events, shows, and conferences to network and represent the company
> Collaborate with marketing, A&R, and creative teams to align business goals
Qualifications
> 3+ years of music industry experience in business development, networking or partnerships
> Ability to travel frequently within EU / UK is a must.
> Existing network and relationships in the electronic and dance music industry
> Proven track record of closing deals and driving new releases
> Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
> Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets
> Strong understanding of the music industry ecosystem (labels, publishing etc.)
