Description
Role Mission:
We’re looking for a TikTok-native creator to help build and scale NCS’s presence in dance music.
This is not a traditional marketing internship – it’s a hands-on content and growth role, where you’ll be creating daily content, testing formats, and helping drive real usage of our music across TikTok and Spotify.
Description:
🎥 Content Creation
- Post 2–3 TikToks daily using NCS tracks
- Create DJ edits, “drop” moments, club/lifestyle content + trend-led formats
- Test hooks, captions, and formats
- React quickly to trends
📈 Growth of in house playlists
- Drive traffic to playlists via:
- 50-100 targeted comments/day
🔍 Trend Spotting & Insights
- Track trends in dance / house on TikTok
- Spot creators, formats, and sounds gaining traction
- Feed insights back into content + releases
What we’re looking for in an intern
- Lives on TikTok and gets what works
- Strong interest in dance / electronic music
- Fast content creator (CapCut etc.)
- Proactive, creative, and willing to test
- Good instinct for hooks, trends, and behaviour
Outcomes:
- Within 2 weeks:
- Posting consistently + testing formats
- Actively commenting to drive playlist traffic
- Spotting early signals (what’s getting attention)
- Within 1 month:
- 60–90 posts + clear system for posting & commenting
- 5+ videos over 10K views
- 1+ video over 50K views
- 600–1,200 clicks / 800–1,500 playlist followers
- 50–100 targeted comments/day
- By 3 months:
- Clear understanding of what drives performance and conversion
- Multiple high-performing posts (100K+)
- Consistent playlist growth (followers + listeners)
- Strong conversion signals (track ID comments, clicks, engagement)”
