We’re looking for self-motivated, organised, music obsessed individuals with sales experience and a hunger to learn music marketing and artist promotion.

Ideal Candidate:
Self-motivated, resilient and highly organised

Experienced in music or artist development

Enthusiastic about discovering new talent

Wide musical taste and understanding of industry trends

Passionate about helping artists across genres grow and develop

Reliable internet connection and own laptop/computer

Responsibilities:
Scout and identify new artists, producers and songs

Connect artists with relevant teams when needed

No KPIs or outbound sales required

Salary Terms: (This is a commission based role)
Outbound sales: 10% of sale
