Role Summary
We’re looking for a Campaign Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution and delivery of digital and social campaigns across our roster.

This role is focused on execution, organisation, and consistency. You’ll play a key role in keeping campaigns running smoothly by managing timelines, preparing content for publishing, coordinating assets, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

You’ll work closely with the Campaign Manager and Creative Strategy Lead to bring campaigns to life, helping translate strategy into high-quality day-to-day output across all channels.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • Campaigns run smoothly with no missed posts, delays, or gaps
  • Content is prepared and delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard
  • Rollout plans are consistently up to date and reliable
  • Assets, files, and folders are organised and easy to navigate
  • The wider team can rely on you to keep campaigns moving without needing to chase
  • You proactively spot issues or missing pieces before they become problems

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Publishing Support

  • Support the publishing process across artist channels, ensuring content is prepared, formatted, and delivered accurately in line with rollout plans
  • Assist with scheduling and quality checking content before it goes live
  • Maintain channel hygiene (links in bio, bio copy, link trees, pinned posts, etc.)
  • Support high-cadence campaign periods (e.g. tours, releases) with consistency and attention to detail

2. Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Maintain and update rollout plans daily to reflect current priorities and timelines
  • Coordinate day-to-day campaign activity, including chasing assets, managing approvals, and keeping stakeholders aligned
  • Support briefing of creatives (designers, editors, videographers) with clear and organised information
  • Prepare and maintain campaign checklists (announce days, release days, key moments)
  • Ensure internal systems, trackers, and workflows are kept up to date

3. Content Handling & Support

  • Review content folders and make selects for social posts
  • Prepare and organise copy suggestions in line with campaign direction and tone of voice, for review by the wider team
  • Support light content editing (e.g. trimming clips, basic subtitles, simple cutdowns etc)
  • Assist with simple design tasks where needed (e.g. carousel builds, text overlays etc)
  • Organise and surface content from existing libraries to support ongoing posting

4. Monitoring & Reporting Support

  • Conduct daily social listening (comments, DMs, Reddit, Discord, etc.) and flag key insights or risks
  • Monitor press and online conversation during campaign periods
  • Curate and highlight UGC opportunities, trends, and fan content
  • Compile weekly performance updates and support monthly reporting
  • Assist in gathering data and highlighting patterns to support the wider team

5. Systems, Organisation & References

  • Maintain organised file structures across campaigns (Google Drive/Dropbox assets, version control)
  • Pull and organise references for creative briefs and ideas
  • Support building and maintaining internal reference libraries and creator lists

A Day in the Life

  • Reviewing new content from shoots or live shows and selecting strong options for upcoming posts
  • Updating rollout plans to reflect new priorities, content, or campaign changes
  • Preparing assets and supporting the publishing process across artist channels
  • Coordinating with designers, editors, and managers to keep content moving through approvals
  • Checking in on social channels, flagging anything important from fans, press, or community conversations
  • Organising content folders and ensuring everything is easy for the team to access and use
  • Supporting weekly reporting by pulling data and highlighting key trends
  • Helping the team stay aligned by keeping systems, trackers, and timelines up to date

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong ownership of tasks and timelines
  • Reliable and consistent, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
  • Comfortable working across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and understanding how content is prepared and published
  • Strong written communication skills (briefs, updates, copy preparation)
  • A proactive mindset, you don’t wait to be told, you look ahead and solve problems early
  • A genuine interest in music, culture, and how artists show up online

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

  • Experience in music, entertainment, social media or advertising
  • Basic video editing or design skills
  • Experience supporting campaigns or managing multiple stakeholders
  • You are not expected to be a strategist, designer, or editor, but should be comfortable supporting across these areas where needed.

Growth & Progression
This role offers a clear pathway into Campaign Manager. As you develop, you’ll take on more ownership across campaigns, with opportunities to lead projects and contribute more strategically over time.

Application Process
Send your CV and a short note on why you’re a fit, plus:

Task (Stage 1):
Pick an artist, campaign, or social account you like (this does not need to be someone we work with) and break down:

  • What they’re doing well on social
  • What could be improved
  • 2–3 content ideas you would test

Keep this concise (1–2 pages max). We’re more interested in your thinking than polished design.
