The Role:

We’re looking for a creative and culturally connected Marketing Coordinator to help shape and execute marketing activity across LabelWorx and our wider portfolio of in-house labels and brands.

You’ll work across multiple teams in the business, collaborating with department leads to bring marketing initiatives to life. Reporting to the senior management team, you’ll play an important role in coordinating campaigns that drive brand visibility, engagement, and business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands electronic music culture, has their finger on the pulse of the industry, and knows how to connect with audiences through compelling digital content and well-structured marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns for LabelWorx products and services
  • Support promotional campaigns across LabelWorx in-house labels and brand initiatives
  • Create engaging content across social media, email, website and digital platforms
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing assets including graphics, video and written content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns

Social Media & Cultural Engagement

  • Manage and grow LabelWorx social media channels
  • Stay closely connected to electronic music culture, trends and emerging artists
  • Identify opportunities to create relevant and timely content that resonates with our audience
  • Monitor engagement and optimise campaigns based on performance insights

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using a structured marketing framework
  • Segment audiences to deliver targeted messaging and maximise engagement
  • Manage newsletters, campaign announcements and automated email flows
  • Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve results

Sales Funnel & Growth

  • Support marketing activity designed to generate leads and convert new clients
  • Help develop campaigns that guide potential customers through the LabelWorx sales funnel
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to align marketing activity with revenue growth goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion across marketing touchpoints

Essential Skills

  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging marketing content
  • Ability to create visual and video content for digital marketing, including graphic design and short-form video editing
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital content strategy
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation frameworks
  • Strong awareness of electronic music culture, artists, labels and trends
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance and marketing metrics
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Comfortable presenting on camera and participating in video content
  • Strong understanding of short form content across various platforms such as TikTok, YouTube & Instagram
  • Experience in building online communities

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with ticketing, CRM, or project management tools (e.g. Asana, Pipedrive, Mailerlite)
