As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Junior Video and Motion Graphics Editor to join our team. This is a development-focused role, supporting the delivery of standout creative across fast-moving social platforms, contributing to artist storytelling, and learning how content drives campaign performance and growth.

Details:

Full Time position within Beautiful Digital, UK team.

Experience:

A portfolio is required, showcasing motion graphics, graphic design, and video editing across music and social media, whether through professional work, freelance projects, or personal output. Work should demonstrate an understanding of platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including pacing, storytelling, and engagement fundamentals.

Experience working on artist campaigns or music-related content is beneficial but not essential.

Content Producer Job Responsibilities

This role involves planning, creating, and designing motion and graphic assets as part of project teams. You will be responsible for content creation and evolving the visual identity of Beautiful Digital clients. With a focus on vertical video editing and artist campaign assets, you will enhance cross-platform social output.

• Edit video content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create animated videos, stills, and GIFs for social use.
• Develop illustrations, teaser content, and animations.
• Contribute to planning and strategy for campaign asset execution.
• Generate creative aligned with the artists and brands we represent.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform specifications across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Giphy, and Tumblr.
• Produce content for Beautiful Digital promotion.
• Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and content trends.
• Proactively generate ideas that drive client success.
• Deliver high-impact video edits and creative assets.
• Support wider graphic design projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other creative packages.
• Experience in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Previous content creation experience.
• Experience with illustration and animation.
• Detail orientated.
• Have a good understanding of social channels and communicating with audiences through different mediums.
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and TikTok.
• Excellent organisational skills and a track record of delivering on time.
• Work well independently.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
