Description

We are looking for a Day-to-Day Artist Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned artists, working closely with senior management to execute strategy and manage the daily business and creative activities surrounding each artist’s career.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and deeply familiar with how the modern music business operates across touring, recorded music, marketing, partnerships, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, communicating with a wide network of industry parties, and advocating for the artist’s interests at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Artist Career Management
· Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned artists
· Work with senior managers to develop and execute long-term career strategies
· Manage timelines for music releases, marketing campaigns, and major announcements
· Coordinate activities across an artist’s recording, touring, publishing, and brand initiatives

Team Coordination
· Interface regularly with artists, record labels, agents, attorneys, publishers, publicists, and marketing teams
· Ensure all members of the artist’s team are aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
· Track and follow up on key opportunities and initiatives

Release & Marketing Support
· Lead planning and execution for album, EP, and single releases
· Coordinate with label teams and marketing partners on campaigns
· Monitor rollout timelines and ensure all partners are delivering on commitments
· Assist with content strategy, social media coordination, and fan engagement initiatives

Touring & Live Events
· Coordinate with booking agents and promoters on tour planning and scheduling
· Support tour announcements, routing discussions, and festival opportunities
· Assist with advancing major shows, appearances, and promotional events when necessary

Business & Administrative Oversight
· In partnership with internal and external management contacts, track artist income streams including recording, touring, brand partnerships, and merchandise
· Coordinate approvals for marketing assets, brand deals, and partnerships
· Review and organize deal memos, agreements, and key business documents
· Maintain organized records of schedules, deliverables, and key communications

Opportunities & Partnerships
· Identify new opportunities for artist growth across music, media, brand partnerships, and digital platforms
· Support the evaluation and execution of partnerships, collaborations, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications
· 5–7 years of experience in artist management or a closely related role in the music industry; experience working within a management company or major artist team a plus
· Demonstrated experience working directly with recording artists
· Strong understanding of the music business including labels, touring, publishing, and marketing
· Strong network of industry relationships
· Exceptional organization and project management skills
· Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
· Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple artists and projects
· High level of discretion and professionalism
