Your mission: You are passionate about music and take strategic responsibility for our new releases (frontline releases) – from the initial concept through international market positioning to in-depth performance analysis.
We’re looking for you to join our team as Product Manager (m/f/d) earMUSIC
Your role
- You take full end-to-end responsibility for our frontline releases, including independent budget planning and control.
- You develop holistic marketing and campaign strategies (physical & digital) and confidently manage internal and external partners.
- You coordinate release schedules, budgets, production processes, product setups and all relevant timelines in a structured, solution-oriented, and accountable manner.
- You work closely and collaboratively with artists, management, and international partners on positioning and release strategies.
- You oversee the entire product lifecycle – from mastering to artwork, photo and video productions, content creation, and marketing execution.
- You analyze salesdata, streaming performance, and key KPIs, derive concrete measures, and continuously optimize your campaigns.
- You monitor market and competition trends and contribute ideas that strengthen our releases in the long term.
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in product management at a label or music company – ideally with a focus on frontline and international releases.
- You possess strong expertise inmarketing strategy, release planning, and campaign management (physical and digital) and understand the dynamics of global music markets.
- You have experience working with streaming platforms, social media, and online marketing channels, using relevant KPIs and analytical tools for data-driven optimization.
- You bring strong project management skills, work in a structured manner, and maintain clarity even within complex international projects.
- You have deep repertoire knowledge and a passion for rock, classic rock, metal, and adult pop.
- You communicate confidently in German and English – both written and spoken and are comfortable working in an international environment with artists, management, international partners, and internal teams.
- You think entrepreneurially, act independently, enjoy teamwork, and contribute creative ideas.
