Sweet-Stars Entertainment is hiring a Senior Music Marketing Strategist to lead and execute high-performance marketing campaigns for music releases and artist brands. This role is results-driven and suited for an experienced strategist who understands music culture, DSP growth, and data-backed execution.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for music releases and artist growth
Execute campaigns across DSPs, social media, paid ads, and influencer channels
Manage release timelines, content calendars, and rollout strategies
Analyze streaming data, audience insights, and campaign performance
Collaborate with artists, management, creatives, and distributors
Optimize campaigns for streams, engagement, and fan acquisition
Track KPIs and deliver performance reports
Provide strategic oversight and coordination for junior marketers
KPIs & Performance Metrics
25–50% streaming growth per release within 30 days
20–40% monthly listener growth per campaign
Increased playlist placements and algorithmic traction
Improved engagement and follower growth across social platforms
Efficient ad spend with optimized CPC, CTR, and ROAS
On-time execution of campaigns and reporting delivery

Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Music Marketing Strategist
Strong knowledge of Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, YouTube, TikTok & Instagram
Experience with music release campaigns
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Passion for music and artist development
