MR305 Records is seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing leader to oversee and execute digital strategy across our artist roster, releases, and brand initiatives.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has previously led digital marketing at a record label or major music company and understands how to move records, build artists, and scale campaigns in real time.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Leading digital marketing strategy for frontline releases and catalog
• Owning campaign planning, execution, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google & DSPs
• Setting rollout strategy, timelines, and KPIs for releases
• Translating data into clear actions that drive consumption, engagement, and growth
• Working directly with artists, management, creative teams, and partners
• Helping define long-term digital, audience, and growth strategy for the label
Who We’re Looking For:
• 5–10+ years of digital marketing experience in music or entertainment
• Previous record label experience required (major or established independent)
• Proven history of leading successful release campaigns
• Deep understanding of social platforms, streaming ecosystems, and fan behavior
• Comfortable owning strategy and execution
• Strong communicator who can work directly with artists and executives
• Bonus: Latin music experience, bilingual English/Spanish, paid media leadership
