  • Ensure Quality & Protect Revenue: Establish robust quality assurance for song registrations and revenue-relevant data. Collaborate with Income Tracking, Client Services, and Royalty teams to resolve revenue-impacting issues.
  • Report & Analyze Performance: Deliver regular reporting on backlog, throughput, automation impact, and SLA performance. Provide data-driven insights for management decisions.
  • Drive Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead communication with global BMG offices, adjacent service teams, and IT stakeholders. Organize service calls and provide transparent updates.
  • Support Clients & Partners: Engage with copyright clients to resolve complex queries and act as an escalation point for service issues.

  • Strong hands-on experience with data processing, data quality management, automation scripting, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to operate effectively in transitional and evolving system landscapes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting system migrations or transformation programs.
