We are looking for a passionate and driven A&R Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a deep love for music who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

About the Role

As an A&R Manager, you will play a key role in discovering, developing, and managing talent. You will work closely with artists, producers, and internal teams, overseeing studio sessions and contributing to the growth and success of our roster.

Your key responsibilities:

• Talent scouting and artist development
• Studio and recording session management
• Managing and developing people and creative teams
• Coordinating projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Collaborating across departments to drive releases forward
• Regular travel as part of the role

What you bring to the role:

• Strong passion and knowledge of music
• Experience and strong connections within the Spanish music industry (publishing and/or recording experience is a plus)
• Native level of Spanish, high level of English, both written and spoken
• A third language is a strong advantage
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Availability to travel regularly
