Motion was launched in February 2025 as part of established UK and international agency Neil O’Brien Entertainment.
It is home to some of the best rock n’ roll, soul and genre defying artists in the U.K. and Europe and our aim is to deliver smart touring backed with expertise in marketing, production and artist and audience development.

The team is Neil O’Brien, Sal Ridsdale, Greg Woodcock, Jamie Kelly, Ross Leslie, Bea Venezia and Mabel Watson – based in offices in Soho, London.
