This role requires an individual with a full understanding of the workings of a typical merchandise contract and the financials, along with deep insight in music merchandising
Required: Have strong relationships with key media contacts and a knowledge and expertise in dealing with the media in all formats and strategic agility to foresee and act on data and trends
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 3+ years professional experience in digital/social media marketing in the music industry
Required: a degree in accounting or finance with 2-3+ years of relevant experience, a creative problem-solving mindset, and technical savvy to pick up new software and systems easily
Required: exceptional communication skills with an understanding of tone and voice appropriate for different artists, platforms and audiences., and deep understanding of creator culture and short form content.
