This Los Angeles-based administrative position supports our Creative Services & Production Department, which oversees pre-release project needs, including photoshoots, packaging design and printing, finished goods manufacturing, digital distribution and metadata, creation of physical and digital marketing materials, proofreading and editing credits and marketing materials, and certain supply chain and inventory logistics
Required: At least 2 years’ experience in Product Management at a record label and experience in writing copy and creating content for social media channels
Core Duty: Liaise with project management, A&R and the USA office on release dates, confirm manufacturing timelines, and commercially viable print/packaging specs for manufacturing of CD and vinyl
Required: Excellent numeracy and literacy, administrative accuracy, a positive friendly nature when communicating with clients and be able to carefully manage and prioritise a wide variety of tasks and projects.
