Required: 5+ years of experience working in a release management role for a record label or music distributor, with a good working understanding of both the physical and digital supply chain and services
Required: Advanced experience working closely with artists and managers, digital platforms, and digital marketing in the music industry, a minimum of four years of experience, and analytical aptitude
Required: a burning passion for new music and contemporary culture, a proven track record of success in delivering major global marketing projects and audience growth initiatives, along with a qualification in marketing (preferred)
Required: strong administrative skills, including the ability of inputting and maintaining data in various systems, a basic understanding of music marketing principles and ability to assist with promotional efforts
Ability to assess the needs of the regional market, create opportunities for our songwriters and catalogs, and use your key relationships to accomplish a vision.
Required: Proven track record sourcing leads and building relationships that ultimately result in new business, and a strong network of creators across the label and artist community,
Required: Proficient with technology and software, e.g. MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Google docs/slides/sheets; Good standard of English - written and spoken - to ensure effective communication and able to engage internal and external teams.
Required: strong computer skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and artists.
Required: Ability to set priorities, multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with a larger team. A passion for independent music and physical media
Required: Proficient in the use of communication technology such as Outlook, Teams or the like to support your role, including Excel, Word, and Power-point.
Required: 2+ years experience in a design role ideally within a music or creative environment with a degree in graphic design or equivalent experience; an understanding of print production and print processes and experience delivering finished files to printers.
The ideal candidate will be organised, a good problem-solver and lateral thinker, able to juggle a number of things at once, and take the initiative when it’s needed, and also have some experience in artist management or be really keen to work in artist management
