The ideal candidate for the SVP, Head of Publishing & Creative position is a highly experienced executive with 8+ years of demonstrated A&R success landing chart-topping hit records.
Seeking a person with music industry expert with +7 years of experience in A&R, business development, and/or directly contributing to the growth of labels, artist management firms, distributors or other relevant segments of the music ecosystem.
Required: 3+ years in accounting, finance or similar roles, and proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar accounting role.
Minimum of 4 years A&R experience and an existing network of both London and international based artists, songwriters, producers, vocalists, A&R’s, labels and publisher contacts
Must have excellent relationships, artist friendly, experienced liasing with artists /labels or other third party stakeholders, and demonstrable experience in the recorded music industry and negotiation
The ideal candidate will have a proven successful track record as an A&R, with both a passion and knowledge for new music and ambitious to break acts on a global scale
Required: 7+ years of leadership experience within a Publishing/A&R role with a demonstrated track record of successful signings & long term artist development. Bachelors degree is highly desired.
Required: proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer, ideally within the music industry, entertainment, or a related creative field, strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including album artwork, digital assets, branding, and promotional materials
