Zeon Richards named Head of A&R at Ministry Of Sound

Zeon Richards has joined London-based Ministry of Sound Recordings as Head of A&R.

Moving over from Polydor Records, Richards is appointed with immediate effect and will report directly to Dipesh Parmar, MOSR Managing Director.

Richards worked at Polydor for three years as an A&R consultant.

During his tenure he signed acts including Stefflon Don, Wretch 32, and Steel Banglez and was influential in the signing of artist Ramz, who has seen hit ‘Barking’ storm the charts in recent months.

Richards also runs music management company The Renowned Group (Wretch 32, Knox Brown, Hamzaa).

In his new role, the exec will be leading the A&R team and adding to Sony-owned Ministry of Sound’s growing roster, which includes Sigala, DJ Fresh and London Grammar.

Richards said of his new role: “I am really excited to be working with such a renowned and respected company in Ministry of Sound and I look forward to leading a forward-thinking A&R team.”
