Modest! Management veteran Will Bloomfield is joining TaP Music as its new Co-President and Head of Global Artists Management, the diversified company announced on Thursday (May 9).
Bloomfield will work alongside TaP co-founders Ben Mawson and Ed Millett, as well as co-presidents Wendy Ong and Anna Neville to oversee all areas of the business, including TaP Management, not-for-profit arm TaP Futures and TaP Sports.

Bloomfield served at Modest! Management for two decades, rising to become a partner alongside its two founders, Richard Griffiths and Harry Magee. He worked with numerous prominent artists, including One Direction, Niall Horan, 5 Seconds of Summer, MNEK, PARISI, and others.
He also led efforts at diversifying Modest!’s business, including ventures in music rights, music publishing and sports management.

During his time at the management agency, Modest! racked up 43 Number 1 singles, 20 UK number 1 albums, nine US Number 1 albums, 250 million record sales, more than 20 billion streams worldwide and 25 million ticket sales, TaP said.
Bloomfield was named one of Billboard’s 40 Under 40 in 2019, and was co-nominated for Manager of the Year at the 2022 Music Week Awards.
He is part of the volunteer team leading the Richard Antwi Scholarship, which supports aspiring music industry leaders from marginalized communities. A related award, the Richard Antwi: Trailblazer award, is presented at Music Business Worldwide’s annual UK-focused A&R Awards.

TaP was founded in 2010 as a management agency, and has since expanded into music publishing and recorded music, operating from offices in London, Los Angeles, Berlin and Sydney.
It manages artists and songwriters including Lana Del Rey, Ellie Goulding, Dermot Kennedy, Leigh Anne Pinnock, Mabel, Caroline Polachek, London Grammar.
