Warner Music Latina (WML) has struck a global partnership with prominent Dominican artist Tokischa to launch SOL, the artist’s own record label in partnership with her manager Angelica Piche, within WML.

Tokischa will release her own music through SOL and will also have the ability to sign new artists. The deal is also supported by Atlantic Records.

According to Warner Music Latina, this new partnership will see it introduce Tokischa’s music to new audiences with the aim of “establishing her as a true global star”.

Warner says that Tokischa “has revolutionized the music scene and challenged traditional norms and perceptions about the role of women in music”.

The announcement adds that “since her debut, the artist has soared in popularity while championing an impactful message of empowerment, self-acceptance, and liberty, attracting a vast and continually growing audience”.

Tokischa’s recent collaborations include the singles Ride Or Die ft. Sevdaliza, Candy, Daddy ft. Sexyy Red, and Chulo pt. 2 with Bad Gyal and Young Miko.

The artist has also previously collaborated with superstars like Madonna, ROSALÍA, J Balvin, Ozuna, and Marshmello.

Outside of music, Tokischa has become a prominent figure in the fashion world, attending high-profile events such as the CFDA Fashion Awards, the Latin American Fashion Awards, and most recently starred in Jean Paul Gaultier’s new TRÈS GAULTIER campaign, alongside Amelia Gray.
