Warner/Chappell signs global publishing deal with Argentinian trap star Ecko

Warner/Chappell Music has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with Argentinian trap star and songwriter, Ecko.

This marks the first exclusive publishing agreement with a major publisher for the young star whose songs BYE, Dorado, and Piso have all topped the Argentinian Billboard charts.

Ecko began his career at just 15 years old, participating in freestyle competitions such as El Quinto Escalon and the Redbull Batalla de Gallos, and has since released hits like Disputa and Dealer de Skills.

Already a superstar in his home country, Ecko recently delivered his debut SXSW performance, becoming the first Argentinian urban artist to perform at the Texas festival.

Ecko is recording new music in Miami to be released later this year.

“Ecko’s unmistakable style has made him a leader in the Latin trap movement.”
