Warner/Chappell Music signs global publishing deal with Rick Boardman

Songwriter and producer Rick Boardman has signed a global publishing deal with Warner/Chappell Music.

Boardman is the founder of Manchester-based songwriting collective The Six.

Boardman first found fame as part of the indie dance band Delphic, whose debut album Acolyte went to No.8 in the UK charts in 2010.

The band went on hiatus in 2014 and Boardman subsequently founded The Six, the hit songwriting collective whose other members are currently Cleo Tighe, Danny Casio, Pablo Navarro, Sarah Blanchard, David Straaf and Sakima.

He’s co-written a number of hit singles including Back to You performed by Louis Tomlinson and Bebe Rexha; as well as Real Love (Clean Bandit and Jess Glynne) and Love On Me (Galantis).

He also has writing credits on more than 30 tracks, including singles with Alan Walker feat. Noah Cyrus’s All Falls Down, James Arthur’s Empty Space, Cheat Codes & Little Mix’s Only You, and Robin Schulz’s Oh Child.

“I’m delighted to be signing to Warner/Chappell at this really exciting time in my career.”
