Virtual reality music company MelodyVR partners with UK telco O2

Virtual reality music company MelodyVR has entered into an exclusive UK partnership with mobile operator O2.

The relationship kicks off with MelodyVR unveiled as the exclusive music partner of O2’s 5G UK launch today (October 17).

People who sign up to the O2 5G plan will receive 12 months of access to MelodyVR, as well as an Oculus Go device.

The collaboration with O2 – one of the country’s largest mobile networks with a customer base of 25 million, comes on the heels of MelodyVR recently launching on smartphones, supplementing its VR headset offering.
