Vevo’s catalog of more than 450,000 music videos and original content is now available for free on millions of VIZIO SmartCast TVs.
VIZIO TV owners can now stream Vevo music videos 24/7 directly on their TVs.
The launch on VIZIO smart TVs is part of Vevo’s expansion in the connected television space.
The music video platform also recently partnered with Smart TV solutions provider Foxxum, which made Vevo’s catalog available on over 20 million Foxxum-enabled devices.
According to Vevo, an internal analysis of its viewership metrics reveals 27% year-over-year growth (between January to November 2020 vs. January to November 2019) of music video consumption globally across connected television devices.
VIZIO joins a portfolio of existing Vevo partners, including YouTube, Amazon Fire TV, Amazon Echo, Roku, PlutoTV, Apple TV, NetRange, Virgin Media, Sky, Vewd, Xumo, Samsung TV Plus and more.
